Turn your inner critic into an unfair advantage.

A free three-day challenge for the woman in senior leadership whose inner critic never switches off.

Monday 28 to Wednesday 30 September

About you

You're the one who keeps a slick demeanour when everyone else is flustered; the one whose judgement the room defers to. But there's a set of things showing up that you never thought to connect to an inner critic:

Weighing and re-weighing a decision before you commit to it.

Rewriting an email four or five times, then procrastinating on sending it.

That tight knot in your stomach before a key meeting.

Still turning over something you said in an earlier meeting, hours later.

That's your critic. At your level, she doesn't turn up as fear. She looks like control, like vigilance, like irritation at anything below standard.

The Consequence

You ruminate at 2am, so you wake tired, maybe a little anxious, and definitely not at your best.

You over-prepare for the meeting you could otherwise do easily, while the bigger goals go on hold.

A background undertone of "am I good enough," so the one-to-ones with your team slip and you procrastinate on the difficult conversations, holding you both back.

You sweat the small stuff, while the promotion, the pay rise, the sales conversations and the other audacious things you actually want stay just out of reach.

You stay busy and impressive. But the critic has you spending your best on the small stuff, while the big things stay out of reach.

When Your Inner Critic Is Your Advantage

You can act on it.

When she shows up there's a reason, and understanding that it's physical, not a flaw in your thinking, means you can act on it.

You hold your line.

You hold firmer boundaries, because you can tell the difference between a real problem and your Inner Critic getting loud.

The edge lifts.

You stop feeling on edge for 'no reason', because you recognise the physical signs for what they are and know what's causing them.

You go after it.

You go after that promotion or pitch with your Inner Critic no longer a saboteur but a key asset.

What’s different about this challenge:

This is not a mindset challenge: we're pulling data, analysing patterns, and using it to inform our planning and operations.

What you get.

28-30 September

Five short videos a day (under fifteen minutes of viewing), teaching you how your Inner Critic works and how to read her.

Short writing prompts for insight on your own Inner Critic.

A live call on the final night: Wednesday, 6pm, 45 minutes, where we dig a little deeper, celebrate wins and wrap up the challenge.

A private community on Telegram, where I answer you by voice note and text throughout, and you've got a room full of women to share with and lean on when you need it.

At the end of the three days, you'll have a model for maximising the opportunities in front of you, regardless of where you are in your cycle.

You'll also understand your Inner Critic as an executive performance and leadership advantage, and how to leverage her as such, so you make clearer, faster decisions and lead at the top of your game, consistently. Free.

The proof, from women already doing it.

A real-life antidote to the patriarchal systems of work and business that have us all wondering why we're 'inconsistent' at times. Realising how my biology impacted my business and leadership through the Inner Critic Challenge was an absolute game changer.

ALICE, HR DIRECTOR, LONDON

I came into Emily's world through her free challenges. I set super high standards for myself in everything I do. Emily has taught me to understand my hormones and use that to my advantage when planning my days and weeks; to reframe, move things around, and keep going, understanding what's happening in my body rather than punishing myself for it.

CHARLOTTE, MOVEMENT COACH AND INVESTOR, SPAIN

I'd been aware of the little voice of doubt creeping in over a project (my critic!); now I'm aware my period's due next week, I understand it more.

RUTH, THERAPIST, YORK

Why me?

I’m Emily Jiggins.

Before founding She & Season, I spent fifteen years as a board-level HR and transformation director, leading large-scale programmes for global blue-chip and government organisations.

After a prolonged illness in my early 30s, a hormonal shut-down caused by burnout and a lack of understanding of my own body, I trained in menstrual health coaching alongside a CIPD leadership specialism, a Master's in Education and an MSc in Human Resources.

My approach combines strategic coaching with cyclical intelligence: reading your hormones as performance data, so you excel without sacrifice.

P.S. The critic isn't the problem. Not knowing what she's telling you is. Three days to change that, free, starting 28 September.
